Shipping
We can ship within South Africa and internationally using a courier service. These costs are shown during the order process. For customers in the Cape Town area, we offer free collection from Pinelands. You should select this option at checkout, and when we receive the order we will be in touch to arrange collection.
Returns
Unless in the case of a manufacturing fault, we do not accept returns. Please use the head measurement guides to ensure sunhats are the correct size. Please see more here : Returns
Order lead times
We keep limited stock and fulfil orders from stock where possible. Otherwise, items are made to order and take approximately 7 to 10 days to be ready to ship or collect.
Special orders
If you see a colour or animal you like, for example on a bib or onesie, but do not see it available in your size or preferred colour, please ask. We are very happy to make special orders, as we cannot keep every possible variation in stock.
